Computational Linguistics

Graduates in Computational Linguistics, General or Applied Linguistics.
Experience in the following is requested:

• Tools and systems of Natural Language Processing (morphologies, grammars, ontologies)
• XML
• Fluency in English

Candidates familiar with annotation systems and experienced in the writing and usage of grammars (chunking and parsing) will recieve preferntial status.

Software engineer:

Graduate in Computer Science or Information Science proficient in:

• Java (and C++) programming
• machine learning (SVM, LSI, etc.)
• HTML, XML, XSL
• SQL and the more popular RDBMS for Windows and Linux.

Candidates with the following qualities will receive preferential status:

• competence in Natural Language Processing and text mining
• familiarity with the UIMA framework and systems of text annotation
