Innovation, technology transfer, and fundamental research

CELI Research isthe company department that performs research at all levels: from industrial innovation to technology transfer, to pure fundamental research.
CELI’s decision to set up its research department as an independent unit emphasizes the central role that the company has always attributed to research activities, with the dual aim of constantly offering state-of-the-art solutions and providing its customers with the most innovative perspectives.
In the course of its research activities, CELI emphasizes the importance of creating a European critical mass in the fields of natural language understanding, multilingual information management, accessibility of electronic libraries, and the full realization of the "Semantic Web" paradigm.
For this very reason, CELI favours transnational research and collaboration projects that involve high level industrial and academic partners from different European member states.
